Where The Black Sheep Business Support Co. processes personal data on behalf of a client, we will process it only for the agreed services and in accordance with documented instructions and applicable data protection law.

• Where required, a separate Data Processing Agreement will form part of the client contract.

• Access will be limited to what is needed for the agreed work.

• Reasonable technical and organisational security measures will be used.

• Client data will not be sold or used for unrelated purposes.

• Suspected breaches will be handled promptly and, where applicable, notified to the client without undue delay.

• At the end of an engagement, client data will be returned or securely deleted in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
