7. Important HR and business disclaimer
Some Black Sheep digital products may relate to HR, recruitment, employment administration, payroll or business processes.
These resources are provided for general information and administrative support only.
They are not legal advice, employment law advice, tax advice, financial advice or professional advice specific to your circumstances.
Employment law, regulations, guidance and best practice can change. You are responsible for checking that any resource is appropriate and up to date for your particular circumstances before using it.
Where a resource is intended to be adapted for your business, you are responsible for reviewing and tailoring it appropriately.
If you need advice about a specific legal, employment, tax or regulatory issue, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
8. Templates and examples
Our templates are designed to give you a useful starting point.
They may contain suggested wording, examples, prompts or placeholders that need to be adapted before use.
We do not guarantee that a template will be suitable for every organisation, industry or situation.
You are responsible for reviewing the completed document before using it.
9. Spreadsheets and digital tools
Where we provide spreadsheets, calculators, trackers or other digital tools, they are provided as practical business aids.
While we aim to make them accurate and useful, we cannot guarantee that every formula, calculation or output will be error-free in every version of Excel, Google Sheets or other software.
You should check important calculations and outputs before relying on them for business, financial, payroll or other significant decisions.
10. Prompt packs and AI resources
Where a product contains AI prompts or instructions, the prompts are provided as tools to help you work more efficiently.
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate information.
You are responsible for reviewing and checking any output generated using our prompts before relying on or sharing it.
Do not enter confidential, sensitive or personal information into an AI system unless you have confirmed that the system is appropriate for that information and you have the necessary permissions and safeguards in place.
11. Updates
We may occasionally update or improve our digital products.
Where appropriate, we may provide purchasers with updated versions or corrections.
Unless expressly stated on the product page, purchasing a product does not create an ongoing entitlement to future updates or versions.
12. Digital products and refunds
Because digital products can be supplied immediately, your rights in relation to cancellation and refunds may differ from those applying to physical goods.
Where you are a consumer, you have statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, and nothing in these terms is intended to remove or restrict those rights.
Where applicable, you may be asked to expressly agree that supply of the digital content can begin immediately and acknowledge the effect this may have on your statutory cancellation rights.
If a digital product is faulty, inaccessible or materially different from its description, please contact us at:
katherine@blacksheepbusinesssupport.co.uk
and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
13. Prices and payment
Prices for digital products will be displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices, but changes will not affect an order that has already been completed and paid for.
Payment must be successfully completed before access to a paid digital product is provided.
14. Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or refuse access to digital products where we reasonably believe that a product has been obtained fraudulently, unlawfully shared, redistributed, resold or otherwise misused.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to this, we are not responsible for losses arising from:
