THE FOUNDER HUB
Katherine provided professional services to our business during 2020 for a period, followed by ad-hoc requests. Her ability to learn the brand's tone, structure and processes was instrumental in being able to trust a third party with this service.
Katherine was successful in managing our customer enquiries, suppliers and elements of accounts within this period - successfully recovering overdue and outstanding amounts in this time as well. At the end of this period, we were provided a clean handover back to internal staffing and received a comprehensive update of work carried out each day.
I would not hesitate to recommend Katherine as a reliable outsourced member of any company's team, especially when a professional manner and diligent approach to communication is concerned.
