REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Refunds and Cancellations
Last updated: 25 August 2026
1 Your cancellation rights
If you are buying as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, unless an exception applies.
For digital content supplied by download, your cancellation rights can be affected when you ask us to provide the digital product immediately.
1.2 Immediate download
Because our digital products are intended to be available immediately after purchase, you may be given the option at checkout to request immediate access.
Before your download begins, we will ask you to:
-
expressly agree that we can begin supplying the digital content immediately; and
-
acknowledge that, once supply begins, you will lose your statutory right to cancel under the applicable consumer cancellation rules.
If you provide that consent and acknowledgement, your statutory cancellation right will end when the digital content begins to be supplied.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
1.3 If you do not consent to immediate supply
If you do not give the required consent and acknowledgement, we will not begin supplying the digital product during the applicable cancellation period.Your statutory cancellation rights will continue to apply in accordance with applicable law.
1.4 Refunds for faulty or defective digital products
If a digital product is faulty, does not work as described, is materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us at:katherine@blacksheepbusinesssupport.co.uk
We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include providing a corrected or replacement version or, where legally required, a refund.
1.5 Change-of-mind refunds
Once you have expressly agreed to immediate supply of a digital product and acknowledged that your statutory cancellation right will be lost, we will generally not provide a refund simply because you have changed your mind.
However, this does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
12.6 Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible at katherine@blacksheepbusinesssupport.co.uk.
Where a duplicate purchase has been made in error and the additional copy has not been accessed or downloaded, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, refund the duplicate purchase.
12.7 Refund method
Where a refund is due, we will normally issue it using the original payment method.
We will not charge a separate administration fee for processing a refund where a refund is required by law.
12.8 Business customers
If you are purchasing a digital product solely for business purposes rather than as a consumer, consumer cancellation rights may not apply in the same way.
The terms applying to business purchases will depend on the nature of the purchase and the agreement between us.
12.9 Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
